Michael Ugochukwu Stephens, popularly known as Ruggedman, a well known hip-hop artiste and the advocate against advanced fee fraud, otherwise known as Yahoo, was on Friday, June 14, attacked in London in a restaurant by some people.
In the video that has been widely shared online, the restaurant he was in was turned upside down as chairs were flung around and at him by his attackers.

There have been many reactions about it online, with many connecting the attack to the recent release of Naira Marley, the Am I A Yahoo Boy crooner, by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) whose act and music praise online fraud and encourages those in it.
Ruggedman released a video on his intagram page to calm his loyal fans and assure them he well and safe after everything.
He said God over everything, and that the divine is stronger than anything that may want to pull him down.
The musician also used the opportunity to promote his show that would be coming up sometime in September 2019.
Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that Ruggedman came out to clear the air regarding rumors of his involvement in the arrest of Naira Marley and Zlatan Ibile by EFCC.

In a statement released by the top music act, he stated that even though he openly expressed his satisfaction about the arrest, he completely had nothing to do with it.
Ruggedman said he does not have any personal relationship with Naira Marley and all he did was to simply caution him against his public support of what has been considered as a crime by the general majority.
