History as Mane, Salah and Aubameyang win Premier League Golden Boot award in an all-African affair

From the title race, top four finish race and the chase for the Golden Boot Award, the 2018/19 Premier League season has been a closely contested affair in all spheres.

Having missed out on the Premier League title to Man City, Liverpool striking duo of Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane had to settle for the Golden Boot Award, alongside Arsenal's Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

Salah, who was seeking to reclaim the award moved out on his own with 22 goals with his latest strike against Newcastle, but failed to find the back of the net in Liverpool's last match of the campaign against Wolves.
