Nigeria's president, Muhammadu Buhari continues to receive accolades for prominent Nigerians as he clocks 76 on Monday, December 17.
Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Boss Mustapha, has described the president in glowing words in a birthday message titled 76 & Straight as ever sent to Legit.ng on Sunday, December 17.
The SGF wrote: “Consistency. This is the hallmark of a great leader. You say what you'll do. And you do exactly as you've said.
“You've matched your consistency with good vision. You've said that Nigeria, under your watch, will be great. Like the great leader you've always been, you're leading the charge from the front in spite of grave distractions and gang-ups. We, your followers, are proud to join you to build a united and prosperous Nigeria.
“As you attain the 76th year landmark, we pray that your strength be renewed. When the job is done, posterity will know that President Muhammadu Buhari did his best for Nigeria the way only a true patriot could have. Happy birthday, Mr. President.”

Similarly, former military president, General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida (IBB), has commended Buhari for what he says is the president's success in the fight against corruption, insurgency and other security challenges.
In a congratulatory message to President Buhari on his 76th birthday on Saturday, December 15, the former leader hailed the president for providing focused leadership and showing tremendous energy despite his age.
