1. DJ Cuppy

Florence Otedola popularly known as DJ Cuppy started 2018 with a promise of getting more fans as she ventured into singing and releasing hit songs. In no time she had a lot of Nigerians banging to Green Light which featured Tekno. She gained the respect of some who thought Daddy's princess has it all but is ambitious and looking to make her own bucks.

However the diva got a bit too excited about her launching big into a male-dominated industry. With her release of Vybe featuring Sarkodie she still had fans loving her style of music and her passion. Then came the big shift when she released Werk an Charged Up, although it showed her fun side, many fans didn't welcome the new style of music and it caused a heated debate on several social media platforms.

In fact, fans disapproved when she got an award as the best artiste of the year, with most saying she's not a very good musician and shouldn't be getting an award for her rather interesting type of music.

2. Tonto Dikeh

Tonto Dikeh can easily be described as two women in one body. The one and only mother of King Andre! She has managed to stay famous with her very interesting lifestyle on social media. Proud to be a dedicated mother, she also recently went under the knife to enhance her behind. Her decision to go under the knife was heavily popularised and even landed her a reality TV show with Linda Ikeji. It didn't go as planned when her estranged husband, Churchill dragged her to court over featuring their son in the adult content filled show.

The entire production had to be rewritten without the little boy and for that Dikeh threw many jabs at Churchill. With little or no effort Dikeh has managed to remain a controversial celebrity for the third time. One can say the woman is built for the stuff! Just recently she announced that she will be getting another surgery done just barely a year after the first round. Probably aiming to look like barbie, only time will tell.

3. Morayo aka Bashorun

TV presenter Morayo aka Bashorun hit the internet hard when she told the whole world on life television that she will never allow her husband bathe their daughter even though she trusts him completely. Many immediately interpreted it as her indirectly calling her husband a pervert who is capable of abusing their own child.

Her popularity points went off the roof overnight with everyone sharing their two cents on the statement and the meaning on social media. The negative effect of her words pushed her to apologise publicly to her husband but even got more interesting when he came out to defend his wife, stating that he made the rules and not her.

Interestingly, people are still talking about the statement till this day and many are of the opinion that she shouldn't have presented her husband in such bad light to the world.

4. Bambam and Teddy A

The Big Brother Double Wahala edition was simply hot because of these two. Bambam and Teddy A started their friendship/love affair in the house and took it up a notch when one night they were both seen digging it in the toilet. The entire internet went into a frenzy when these two showed the stuff they are really made of.

Interestingly, they have been able to maintain their relationship several months after the BBNaija show but the internet will never forget the night Bambam was grinding for gold as Teddy A sat on the toilet seat.
