Barcelona cruised to a 5-0 victory over Levante in Sunday's Spanish League encounter at the Ciutat de Valencia.
Luis Suarez led the way for the Catalans after netting the opener in the 35th minute and just two minutes before the end of first half, Lionel Messi doubled their lead.

The Argentine increased his side's tally to three goals in the game barely two minutes after returning to the pitch.

Former Manchester United defender Gerard Pique netted the last goal for the Blaugrana in the 88th minute to seal the win for the visitors.

The victory however keeps Ernesto Valverde's men at the summit of the Spanish League table with 34 points from 16 matches - three points better than Sevilla.

Meanwhile, the title defence continues for Barcelona as they welcome Celta Vigo to the Camp Nou next weekend.
Messi's hat-trick took his goal tally in the Spanish League to 14 goals out of 14 appearances this season, while his goal tally in 2018 has risen above 50 in all competitions.
