Manchester United star defender, Luke Shaw, was forced off the pitch on a stretcher during England's UEFA Nations League opener against Spain at Wembley stadium.

Shaw appeared to have struck his head against Carvajal's body, forcing him down to the ground where he received treatment, including oxygen.
Minutes later, the former Southampton player needed to be stretchered off, as doctors at Wembley continued giving him the needed medical attention.
Prior to the injury, the Englishman was having an excellent game and set up Marcus Rashford for the The Three Lion's opener against Spain.
The player has had a mixture of form and injury as things had started to turn around for the 23-year-old this season, with United boss, Jose Mourinho, handing him starts in the Red Devil's four EPL openers.
Following the Saturday injury, fans around the world took to social media to send Shaw goodwill messages as he reworks his journey back to fitness.
