A Nigerian lady has taken to social media to call out a government office over discrimination. The lady had narrated her experience at the government office on the popular micro-blogging platform, Twitter.
The lady identified simply by her Twitter handle as Ifeyinwa explained that she was refused entry into the government office by the security guard.
According to her, she was not allowed to enter the premises of the government office because she was dressed indecently.

In her tweet, she also claimed that the same government office tells married women who want to travel out of Nigeria to submit a letter of permission from their husbands.

Ifeyinwa further noted that when she asked the security guard what was wrong with her dress, he told her it was too short.
She, however, stated that a woman who was wearing a fitted dress similar to the length of hers tried to defend her but she told her not to worry so she would not be thrown out too.

The young lady stated that women have no rights in Nigeria, and women are never treated with respect.
