Liverpool boss, Jurgen Klopp, has admitted the club will have to conduct further assessment on Mohamed Salah to discover full extent of a head injury suffered during his side's 3-2 hard-fought victory over Newcastle United.
Salah was on target during the Saturday, May 4, encounter but was forced off on a stretcher as the Reds claimed a dramatic win at St James Park.

Substitute Divock Origi who came on for the Egyptian forward headed home the winner with just four minutes left to end the match to keep Liverpool's title hopes alive.
However, Sala's horror collision with Newcastle keeper Martin Dubravka somewhat tainted the crucial win.
The former Chelsea star appeared to be in tears as he was stretchered off, and Klopp will desperately be hoping the Egyptian returns to fitness early enough to play in the Champions League semi-final second leg tie against Barcelona on Tuesday, May 7.

“The doctor had to make a decision and the decision was off the pitch. When we came in he was sitting in the dressing room watching the game," Klopp was quoted saying after the match.
“It doesn’t look really serious to be honest but it was enough for the doc to give us a sign that we had to change and that’s what we did. I spoke to him, he looked really OK but the rest we have to see," he submitted.
The Anfield outfit also looks on cause to miss the services of Roberto Firmino who missed both Liverpool's defeat at Camp Nou and the Newcastle tie.
Meanwhile, the vital win away from home, revived Liverpool's hopes of clinching the Premier League title as they currently sit top of the standings with 94 points, two more than Man City who still have a match to play.
