The position of the Senate is different to the declaration by the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Mohammed Adamu, who said the road is safe and cleared of criminals.
Senator Shehu Sani said the road is unsafe while contributing to the motion on the urgent need to increase coaches for the Abuja-Kaduna railway line.
