Premier League giants Chelsea have qualified for the final of the 2018/19 Europa League after beating Eintracht Frankfurt 4-3 on penalties on Thursday night, May 9, after full time score ended 1-1.
Chelsea went into this game with confidence after getting a 1-1 draw in the first leg in Germany before making return to Stamford Bridge.
The Blues scored the first goal in the 28th minute through Ruben Loftus Check who was assisted by Belgian football star Eden Hazard.
Eintracht Frankfurt then restored parity in the 49th minute through Luka Jovic who was assisted by Mijat Gacinovic as the second half went on to end 1-1.
These two teams failed to also score during the extra time before they eventually settled for penalties.

Chelsea fans were first sent into panic mood when Cesar Azpilicueta missed his penalty, but Martin and Goncalo also missed for the Germany club.
Eden Hazard then stepped forward to score the winning goal for Chelsea to win where they will face Arsenal in the final of the Europa League.
Earlier, Legit.ng had reported Premier League giants Chelsea are planning to leave Stamford Bridge as designers are already looking for new locations for the Blues.
Last year, Chelsea started plans towards redevelopment of Stamford Bridge, but the project was later put on hold.
Reason for that decision to suspend the project to rebuild Stamford Bridge was after owner Roman Abramovich was refused a UK visa.
