The high rate of Nigerians taking their own lives in recent times has raised concerns and awareness about depression as people consciously make effort to be there for others.

A Nigerian media personality, Chris Ayo Joseph, recently shared a depressing post on his Instagram page and it raised concerns among his fans.
Chris asked people to pray for him as he disclosed that he is depressed and feels like going to a place where there is no more pain or sorrow.

A large number of his fans trooped to the comment section to share encouraging words including Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh.

The mother of one explained in her comment that there is no place without pain or sorrow. She also asked for Chris’s phone number, perhaps to help lift his spirit.
She wrote: “There is no where/place without pain my baby, pls dm me your no.”
It is wonderful to see that Tonto is going all out to console and encourage a depressed person.

It would be recalled that over the past few days, Tiwa Savage has been a subject of discussion in the online community after some of her colleagues in the music industry jumped on Kizz Daniel’s music challenge and used the opportunity to heavily shade her.
It appears the singer is not swayed by all that is coming her way as she recently preached about love via her Instagram story platform.
