Karim Benzema's late minute strike handed Real Madrid much needed 3-2 win over Huesca

- Real Madrid vs Huesca saw Zinedine Zidane claim his second straight La Liga win

- A goal each from Isco, Dani Ceballos and Karim Benzema ensured Los Blancos came from behind to win the game

- They maintain their third position on the log with 57 points and nine more matches to wrap the season up

Real Madrid claimed their second straight win under Zinedine Zidane following their 3-2 win over Huesca at the Santiago Bernabeu on Sunday.

The visitors went ahead in the game just after three minutes of action through Juan Camilo Hernandez from close range.

The 19-year-old powered home an Ezequiel Avila beautiful square-pass from the right flank, but their leadership last for just 22 minutes as Isco restored parity for Los Blancos in the first half.

Though, Real created about three chances after conceding their first goal but none of those efforts found the back of the net.

Isco's equaliser came from a goal-mouth scramble after connecting with a Brahim Diaz's low cross in the 25th minute.

Dani Ceballos handed the hosts the lead for the first time in the clash in the 62nd minute from another scramble from the visitors' danger zone.

Xabier Etxeita leveled up for the El Alcoraz outfit in the 74th minute through a stunning strike from the left flank.

It was looking like the visitors were going to share the spoil with the Galacticos until Karim Benzema produced a stunning strike that handed Los Blancos the winner in the 90th minute.

They however remain third on the log with 57 points - 12 points behind league leaders, Barcelona with nine more matches to the end of the season.

Real Madrid travel to Mestalla Stadium next Wednesday to battle Valencia as they continue to battle to finish the season on a good note.

Legit.ng earlier reported that a goal each from Isco and Gareth Bale got Zinedine Zidane off to a winning start in his second stint at the Santiago Bernabeu.

The Galacticos beat Celta Vigo 2-0 as the Frenchman took charge of his first game on his return to his former club.
