Some days ago, social media was flooded with rumors of the death of popular Nigerian comic actor Babatunde Omidina popularly known as Baba Suwe.
However, in an exclusive chat with Legit.ng, fellow colleague and actor Yomi Fash-Lanso, dismissed the death rumors and disclosed that the actor had only flown out of the country for further medical treatments.
Similarly, Baba Suwe also debunked the rumors by making a video appearance from his trip in the USA. He reassured his fans and lovers that he is very much alive and has only traveled out to receive better care.
In a recent development, it appears the trip is starting to pay off as Baba Suwe is swiftly recuperating and getting back to shape. The Yoruba star was filmed on camera as he made a short trip within the hospital vicinity, without the support of a walking stick in sight.
