Comedian Broda Shaggi slams President Buhari and Osinbajo over police brutality

- Nigerian comedian and actor Broda Shaggi revealed his dissatisfaction with the Nigerian government on social media

- Shaggi criticised the indiscipline and brutality of the Nigerian police

- The comedian wants to know if President Buhari and his vice, Osinbajo, will do nothing if their family members are victims of police brutality

The state of things in Nigeria has become a cause for concern among citizens. Even celebrities are not left out and they have spoken up on social media.

Police brutality is one problem Nigerians have been asking for a solution to as they do not know when they would become victims.

Actor and social media comedian Samuel Perry, better known as Broda Shaggi, recently called out the Nigerian president and his vice on Instagram.

According to Shaggi, Nigerians are tired of nothing being done about police brutality and he explained that President Buhari and Vice President Osinbajo should do something about it because it might be their turn soon.

He wrote: “Even though my parents don’t want me to do this, to be honest....it is painful that this keeps happening and nothing is done to these officers.....lives of people means nothing to you cos they ain’t your kids?......if na even the President, no Wahala but vice president sir, you are a good Christian and a pastor at least that title “pastor” was used during this last election, I saw the billboards . Our lives matter. It can be your turn tomorrow!!!!!. It can be your turn tomorrow. We are not animals.....It’s getting worse everyday and it’s unbearable....it can be your turn tomorrow. Even the so called police ambassadors are doing great job than the president and the vice president....do the right thing cos it can be your turn tomorrow. @muhammadubuhari @profosinbajo

This is coming shortly after Legit.ng reported that top Nollywood actress, Omotola Jalade Ekeinde criticised the Buhari/Osinbajo administration.

She noted that the poor circulation of money in the country coupled with shortcomings of officers of the law is going to make the country implode as citizens are being put in a state of fear, insecurity and desperation.
