Reno Omokri is one Nigerian social media commentator son whose opinions cover several ranges, from politics to relationships or even a blend of both. Recently, the man who is also an author attacked US presidential aspirant Pete Buttigieg after he made a comment on being gay.
According to Pete who is married to hubby Chasten Glezman, God was the one who made him gay. The American politician made this statement during an interview in his country.
Reno Omokri who heard him say these words did not quite agree with him, hence, he shared his contrary opinion on his social media handles and attacked the politician for making what he considered to be a religious fallacy.
The Nigerian author said: "How can @PeteButtigieg say God made him gay! Being gay is a tendency that arose from the Fall of Man. It becomes a lifestyle when you feed it. It becomes history when you starve it! Homosexual is ungodly, like any other sin, and gay marriage is demonic contraption."

Many people were not entirely happy with the statement of Reno and some even decided to take action by reporting his pages. His Instagram, Twitter and Facebook pages were reported by different individuals.
However, his anti-gay post was only deleted on Instagram. In reaction to this, Reno Omokri shared yet another post on his pages in which he thanked Twitter and Facebook for not taking down his post regardless of the opposition it faced.

He even reiterated his point clearly by saying that people can go ahead to be gay if they wanted to be, but they should not blame it on God. See his posts on Instagram and Twitter respectively.
