Tension as Chelsea insist on 1 condition before sanctioning Hazard move to Real Madrid

Chelsea are not ready to let Eden Hazard leave for Real Madrid without making plans for the future and have identified Callum Hudson-Odoi as a potential despite interest from Bayern Munich.
