Unpatriotic groups and foreign conspirators are planning to scuttle the forthcoming 2019 general elections, says the chief of Army staff, Lieutenant General Tukur Buratai.
The Army chief made the disclosure during the Chief of Army Staff Operational Conference with principal staff officers, grand officers commanding and selected field commanders which took place in Abuja, Daily Trust reports.
