University students sometimes gather resources to be able to call known musicians to grace events at their school. However such business deals do not always end well.

A Nigerian lady identified as Herdeytutu (@herdetutudiva) on Twitter has taken to the microblogging site to call out fast-rising DMW artiste, Peruzzi.

According to the lady, her university, Afe Babalola University (ABUAD), paid Peruzzi a sum of N600,000 to perform at their school.

The lady however revealed that Peruzzi failed to show up for the event after he had confirmed payment.

The ABUAD Alumni Association has called on the singer to return the N600k and also pay an additional N400k for damages as a result of his unprofessional behaviour.

Meanwhile Nigerian singer, Kizz Daniel, was recently in a similar fix. It was previously reported that the singer was held hostage by Babcock univeristy students for failing to perform at their school despite receiving payment.

It was gathered that the singer had allegedly been paid a sum of N3 million but he refused to perform at the event.

In a video shared on Twitter, the musician's white SUV was blocked at the entrance of the school from leaving the premises.

However, in new reports, the student association of the university in an official statement explained that the star could not perform due to the fact that he arrived late to the venue and the school has strict time rules.

It was further revealed that the star has returned the amount he was paid.
