SGF, Babachir David Lawal
Punch reports that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has filed fraud charges against the former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Babachir Lawal.
The commission filed 10 counts against the former SGF and his company, Rholavision Engineering Ltd, before the Abuja High Court.
Charges were also filed against the former Director-General of the National Intelligence Agency, Ayodele Oke, and his wife, Folashade Oke.
