Earlier during the week, Wizkid visited the country of Ivory Coast to dole out some of his stew, and need it be said, the Ivorians could not get enough of him. Not only was the singer's name chanted throughout Abidjan where the concert was held, the mere sight of him also caused quite a lot of ladies to drool and fall over themselves.
The concert which was held a few days after Wizkid's appearance in Lagos drew a lot of fans from all over Ivory Coast. Many of them were young men and pretty ladies whose affection for the 28-year-old singer was very high.
In fact, over 30,000 people were at the VIP concert. Wizkid did not disappoint the crowd by any measure. He thrilled them with his energetic performance and breath-taking presence.
Due to the overwhelming rendition of the singer, many people fainted and became unconscious. The numbers of people who had been taken off the grounds of the venue in order to be given medical attention were at least five.

Most of them were ladies. Apparently, these beautiful women had gotten more than they bargained for at the event which featured Wizkid. A video showcasing the wild excitement of the Ivorians at seeing the award-winning singer was displayed on his Instagram page.
The video also gave a highlight into the fainting spree exhibited at the event. Without doubt, the country people of Ivory Coast went thoroughly wild after seeing one of the greatest Afrobeat musicians.

Many people have reacted to the video of people fainting at the sight of WIzkid. Some Nigerian fans could not hide their perception of the young, famous singer. For all it is worth, several has begun to regard him as Africa's Michael Jackson.
