- Nigerian OAP, Daddy Freeze, has taken to social media to condemn the celebration of Christmas
- According to him, Christmas is a pagan celebration and has nothing to do with Christ
- He went on to liken the celebration of Christmas to idolatry and prostitution
Popular Nigerian OAP, Daddy Freezer, continues to stir up more controversial topics bothering on Christianity. Currently trending on social media is his stand on Christmas celebration which he describes as a pagan fest.
According to the OAP who has made lots of enemies in religious leaders, the celebration of Christ has nothing to do with the birth of Christ. He went on to state that putting Christ in Christmas is like using bible verses for pornographic movies.
He wrote: "Saying Christmas is about Christ is like using bible verses as the subtitles for a porn movie.The word ‘pornea’ in Greek meant prostitution and is the origin of the word pornography. In many instances, God himself likened idolatry and paganism to prostitution.

This revelation is coming a few days after he took to his Instagram account to state that Christmas was once banned by Christians. According to him, the holiday has its origin rooted in pagan worship.
Well, just like the issue of tithing, Daddy Freeze may have just started another movement and that is, one against the celebration of the festive season which many people believe is about love and giving.
