The Stamford Bridge landlords are expected to make a £70 million bid and hope personal terms of around £250,000 a week will quickly be agreed.
According to the report by UK Sun, Isco is ready to leave the Santiago Bernabeu when then transfer window opens in January due to lack of active playing time this term at Real Madrid.
