The report said Ogbuoji, who spoke during the 14th anniversary and thanksgiving of Ragina Pacis Foundation (RPF), a non-governmental organisation, founded by Chief Edward Nkwegu, an industrialist and politician asking the voters not to sell their votes.

The governorship candidate asked the people to ensure they make the right choice rather than make money what would determine those that would lead them.

Ugbuoji advised the voters to collect their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) just as he urged them to shun monetary inducements.

“APC government is determined to right the wrongs perpetrated by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) led government, which has privatised governance and subjected the citizenry to hardship,” he said while commending Nkwegu, the founder of RPF, for promoting functional education through the foundation.

He stressed that the initiative would empower the people with requisite financial knowledge and vocational skills for self-sustenance.
