Celebrated American tennis star, Serena Williams is one super woman who has definitely had a good year and it appears she's ending it with a big bang. The 37-year-old mother of one has been named GQ's 2018 woman of the year.
Williams alongside 3 other men; Jonah Hill, Michael B. Jordan and Henry Golding were chosen to grace the December 2018/January 2019 issue of the Condé Nast-owned magazine.

Williams owns one of the four covers as the “Champion of the Year,” and she looked fierce wearing a black leotard and a vintage Chanel belt.
According to the magazine, Williams will discuss the U.S. Open moment along with her plans for the future, and what it's like to be a black woman in America in 2018.
This isn’t the first time that a woman has landed a “Man of the Year” cover. In 2017, the award was given to actress, Gal Gadot for her role in “Wonder Woman,” alongside Stephen Colbert, Colin Kaepernick and Kevin Durant.
