Mixed reactions have followed President Muhammadu Buhari's failure to present his certificates to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) ahead of 2019 presidential election.
The president reportedly told the electoral umpire that his credentials are still with the Nigerian military.
While some Nigerians on social media criticised the president for failing to release his credentials, others defended him by claiming that for him to attain the highest position in Nigeria military shows that the president indeed has certificates.

Recall that Legit.ng reported that President Muhammadu Buhari again failed to attach necessary supporting documents needed from candidates vying for the presidency in the 2019 general elections.
According to reports, the president informed the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) that his credentials were in the custody of the military.
