Super Eagles of Nigeria will on Tuesday evening, September 11, face Liberia in an international friendly game which will be played at the Samuel Kanyon Doe Sports Complete in Monrovia.
Gernot Rohr's men were originally scheduled to face Saudi Arabia today, but the match was cancelled because of concerns about logistics.
Nigeria will go into this game against Liberia three days after beating Seychelles 3-0 in their last 2019 African Cup of Nations qualifier which put them back on track in Group E.
The Super Eagles of Nigeria and the Liberian national team have met 12 times in all competitions with Nigeria winning 7 games, drew 2 and lost 3 against Liberia.
Nigeria first met Liberia on February 2, 1975 and the Super Eagles lost the match 1-0 which was in a friendly, but the Eagles won their last game 6-1 on October 12, 2002.
