Michael Jackson was an African American singer who was born on August 29 in 1958, he passed away on June 25, 2009.

2) Heal the World

Michael Jackson, revealed once that this song is the one he was most proud to have created. The song advocated for the government to find a way to improve the lives of children.

After releasing the song, he created the Heal the World Foundation which focused on ways to improve the lives of children around the globe.

3) We Are The World

This song and was a charity single originally recorded by the supergroup known as United Support of Artists (USA). It was written for the African continent in 1985.

The final draft was written by Michael Jackson and Lionel Richie to urge the world to help the people of Africa, and many musicians were featured on it, to sing different choruses to show the harmony that comes with working together for a greater purpose.

4) Earth Song

This was his best-selling single in the United Kingdom. This song advocated for better care of the environment and animal welfare.

5) They Don't Care About Us

This pop-rock hit was one of the most controversial songs ever released by Michael Jackson. And it got him into a lot of trouble, he was accused of hostile against Jews and he had to issue apologies.

However, listening to the lyrics of the song, you would realise that the King of Pop was talking about how government promise freedom but, people never truly get freedom due to racial segregation, religion and division.

Indeed, it is true that Michael Jackson was one of the greatest music legends to ever live. He had everything that made entertainment, he had a great voice, he wrote amazing lyrics and he could dance.
