Festus Keyamo, Senior Advocate of Nigeria and spokesperson for President Muhammadu Buhari’s 2019 campaign organization, has described the oncoming election as “a battle between forces of darkness and light.”
He made the comment on his Twitter handle, @fkeyamo, on Thursday, May 10.

NAIJ.com notes that Keyamo also described the 2019 polls as a battle between the forces of corruption and patriots.
He opined that the poll is not just a contest for power; if not, people like him would not leave their comfort zone to take on the task.

Meanwhile, NAIJ.com previously reported that a day after his appointment as the director of strategic communications for the Buhari campaign organisation, senior lawyer, Festus Keyamo revealed the reasons he decided to accept the offer announced in a letter on Tuesday, April 17.
Keyamo said this in a lengthy response to the shades of opinions that greeted his appointment. He revealed that he was actually consulted before the appointment and that he accepted it for the good of Nigeria and for posterity.
