President Mohammadu Buhari has been assured of unflinching support in 2019 if he decides to seek reelection by the National Association of Nigeria Students (NANS), Zone B.
The student body praised the president for his doggedness in prosecuting the war against corruption.
Comrade Okeke Kenneth, the newly elected coordinator of the body made this known in a press conference.

"By this very act, he has shown himself to be a true democrat and lover of the people. We assure him that when the time comes, our support and solidarity will not be lacking," he said.
Going further, Okeke urged the federal government to include the zonal structure of the body in the burial committee of the former Nigerian vice president, late Dr. Alex Ekwueme,because he was instrumental to the establishment of NANS in the country during his tenure, Daily Trust reports.
Okeke expressed his appreciation to those that contributed to his victory. He pledged to provide focused and effective leadership in course of his administration.
"We must recognize ourselves to be able to make effective demands from the various systems and institution that are charged with the responsibility of bettering the lots of Nigeria students," he said.
