NAIJ.com changes lives, commences free 2-week school for digital marketers (photos)

A two-week digital marketing school has commenced in Lagos state for Nigerians who aspire to be grounded on how to boost their businesses or pursue a career in the field.

The free training is organised by NAIJ.com, Nigeria’s biggest online news medium, which earlier informed prospective participants how they could get themselves registered for the programme.

Those who attended the opening of the school as well as the first training on Monday, August, 28, included graduate students who want to build a career in digital media, entrepreneurs who want to advertise their business in digital as well as managers who want to improve in digital media knowledge.

The training affords the participants the opportunity to learn the basics of digital marketing first hand from key players in the industry.

The Digital Marketing School aims at inculcating the best of digital marketing strategies drawing from global best practices on participants

Others include: Social media marketing: How to build a community with 10 MM fans; How we produce content for #1 digital media in Africa; and How to make a video worth 15 million views.

Accordingly, Nigerians who benefitted from the digital marketing training are those who registered before August 15, 2017.

The beneficiaries were chosen after an online test carried out in August at the closing of registration.
