In a recent video, Alhaji Mujahid Dokubo-Asari, the leader of the Niger Delta Peoples Salvation Force (NDPSF), who has been known to speak up on behalf of the Niger Delta people was seen speaking on Ijaw oil supply.
Dokubo said that the Yorubas are enjoying what they did not labour for and that Lagos would be nothing if Ijaw’s oil is cut off.
According to Vanguard, on the matter of peace moves of the Acting President Professor Yemi Osinbajo, he said: “So, what has he achieved? In how many months, let us see if he has achieved anything. The man is just perambulating up and down.

And he thinks he can cajole people. He’s a professor. So, he wants to come and speak big-big English. Me, I be Ijaw man."

He also revealed that he was in support of the agitation for Biafra, and talked about many other issues plaguing Nigeria.
In an earlier report, NAIJ.com revealed that he had also said: “They will drown if they pursue us,” Asari-Dokubo corroborating what the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu had said some days back.
Alhaji Dokubo-Asari also said that the current agitation for the sovereign state of Biafra is not a call for war but that of self-independence.

He said: “I’m not a Nigerian. Nations are not imposed on people. People don’t sit down in Berlin or anywhere and make people Nigerians. Nations are created by the will of the people. My people have never accepted Nigeria and so, how can I be a Nigerian? Nobody can impose Nigeria on me.”
