Apparently disturbed by the committee’s inability to serve the boss of Capital Oil a notice before an on-going investigative hearing,

Chairman of the committee, Joseph Akinlaja formally announced the summon before all the stakeholders and his committee members.

According to him all attempts to serve the Capital Oil boss has failed as all the letters sent could not be delivered to known addresses.

NAIJ.com previously reported that Department of State Services (DSS) released Ubah from its detention.

The oil magnate was released on Monday night, June 19, unconditionally by the security service after spending almost a month in detention following a rift he had with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC).

Ubah was detained for allegedly diverting about 80 million liters of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) also known as petrol, kept in his custody by the NNPC.
