For many men, fatherhood is something to cherish. One dad in the US is clearly relishing in it and is actively sharing special moments with his son on Instagram.
In one adorable video, the dad named Eric Ellis teaches his son, Faruq, how to correctly apply lotion and coconut oil on his skin and hair.

20-month-old Faruq attentively watches as his dad demonstrates and then tries it out himself, clearly enjoying the moment. Watch the adorable video below.
In an interview with Huffington Post, Eric said he's recording the father-son moments for Faruq to look back on when he's older.
He added: “I lost my father when I was a young boy, and I don’t have many memories of him."

Eric also said he and Faruq's mother are teaching their son to be mindful of his health from an early age, and self-care and grooming are part of it.
