Despite warning from Ohanaeze Ndi-Igbo, Kanu visits former aviation minister Amaechi

- Nnamdi Kanu received a warning from the Ohanaeze Ndi-Igbo on Thursday, June 29 against making further provocative comments

- Despite this however, Kanu, who leads the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), met Chief Mbazulike Amechi

Nnamdi Kanu has continued with his visits to prominent Igbo indigenes despite a stern warning from the Ohanaeze Ndi-igbo, the apex Igbo socio-cultural organisation in Nigeria.

This time, Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), visited Chief Mbazulike Amechi, the first aviation minister in Nigeria.

Reports say the visit on Thursday, June 29 was in continuation of consultations by the IPOB leader.

Speaking, as captured by the video, Kanu said he was being sustained by God and that he was not scared of the court.

Kanu reportedly met the former minister in Ukpor, Nnewi South local government area of Anambra state and received prayers from the elderstatesman.

NAIJ.com had earlier reported that Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo state has described most of the agitators calling for the sovereign state of Biafra as frustrated people who are just venting their frustration.

The Imo state governor reportedly also said the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, lacks the ability and influence to lead the Igbo nation to war.
