I write with all honesty and respect I have for the incumbent and immediate past Governor, the PDP family, the ministry of works and the love and passion I have for my people and the State.
Last week I visited my village and to my greatest dismay, our village road and other roads (Ukana Akpa Utong, Essien Udim LGA) is still abandoned.
The whole village consisting of six polling units gave 100% votes to PDP in all elections that have been conducted so far.
His Excellency Chief Godswill Akpabio in his quest to fulfil his campaign promises and usual magnanimity awarded a contract to STEMCO Construction company but the work has been abandoned for over 2yrs now.
I am writing this because the Government of Excellency Governor Udom Emmanuel gave us assurance through the commissioner for works that all projects initiated by the previous administration will be completed.
My friends in Government and relevant agencies should please help me reach out to the Government to mobilize or order STEMCO back to site to complete that road so that my people can also enjoy the dividends of democracy.

The good people of Ukana Akpa Utong are very patient and peace loving people and are fully in support of the PDP and the DAKKADA philosophy of the Governor, therefore we deserve the best.
Finally, I will be pleased to testify that our cry has been heard and that the contractors will soon return to site
