Kayode Fayemi has said he would not comment on Fayose nor his numerous allegations.
The minister of mines and steel development, Dr Kayode Fayemi, has said Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti state will get his due reward at the appropriate time.

The minister made the statement in reaction to recent allegations made against him by Fayose.
Fayemi, the immediate past governor of Ekiti state, was succeeded by Fayose, who recently claimed the minister was working with some justices of the Supreme Court to sack him via a review of the ruling of the apex court which upheld his election as governor of the state.
But Fayemi, told journalists in Ado-Ekiti, the state capital, on Saturday, April 8, that he would rather not comment on Mr Fayose nor his numerous allegation, Tribune reports.
NAIJ.com learnt that the minister made the statement during a condolence visit to the Famuagun family over the death of their patriarch, Pa Festus Obafemi Famuagun.
Fayemi said he would rather concentrate on very important matters than dignifying Fayose’s antics with a response.

He said: “You know that I would never join issues with Governor Fayose. He is entitled to his opinion and he is free to entertain himself, so let him continue to entertain himself. At the appropriate time, he would meet his comeuppance.
“I don’t belong in the mud, so he cannot drag me to the mud. Truth is always constant and I know posterity is there to judge.”
Meanwhile, The Ekiti state House of Assembly has declared that the immediate past governor of the state, who is also the current minister for mines and solid minerals development, Dr Kayode Fayemi, remains a wanted person.
The House made the statement on Thursday, April 6, in reaction to the suit filed by Fayemi, demanding N500 million damages from the Assembly.
The chairman, committee on information, youth and sports development, Dr Samuel Omotoso, described the lawsuit instituted by the minister as an effort in futility.
