The prosecutor told the court that the accused committed the offences at Halleluyah Estate, Osogbo.
An Osogbo Chief Magistrates’ Court, on Friday ordered the remand of 29-year-old man, Isiaka Opeyemi, for alleged burglary.
The Magistrate, Mr Olusola Aluko ordered that the accused be remanded at the Ilesa Prison.
The accused is facing a two-count charge of burglary and theft.
Earlier, the prosecutor, Insp. Fagboyibo Abiodun, told the court that the accused committed the offences on Jan.13, at about 7:30 p.m. at Halleluyah Estate, Osogbo.
Abiodun alleged that the accused conspired with others now at large and burgled the apartment of the complainants.
He said the accused burgled the apartments of Ayanyemi Festus, Olaniran Ayo, Adefemi David, and Iyamakinwa Akintunde, and went away with household items before he was arrested.
He listed the alleged stolen items to include, Samsung TV. LED, LG home theatre, power bank, HP laptop, Philip fans, juice making machine, Dell laptop Inspiration 1300, among others.
He said the offences contravened Sections 516, 390(9),411(1)(2) of the Criminal Code Cap 34 Vol.11 Laws of Osun, 2003.
The accused plea was not taken, while the case was adjourned till March 4.
