The Voice coach was a stunner in a pink shirt dress on the first live episodes of The Voice. She finished off the simple look with a pair of silver shoes. She also channeled ethnic chic earlier in an Ankara jumpsuit by Iconola for the rehearsal episodes of the show. See more photos after the cut.
