Ease of doing business: World Bank rates Enugu 2nd most advanced towards the frontier of global good practices

The World Bank Group has rated Enugu state as the second most advanced towards the frontier of global good practices with regards to Ease of Doing Business.

The rating is contained in the recently released World Bank Doing Business in Nigeria 2018 report.

The implication of this objective verdict is that Enugu state, under the visionary leadership of Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi has institutionalized far-reaching socio-economic reforms, and provided critical infrastructure and security that have engendered robust Ease of Doing Business climate, creating an increased inflow of local and foreign direct investments in the state.
